On The Verge

2020

115x115cm

We all have moments when we feel there is no hope, especially lately.  That point between hope and anguish is sometimes sharp and painful, sometimes nebulous.  It is a dappled path guided by our daily search for balance.  We must look to the simple things, trust in nature, and from here find new direction.

Juried into the SAQA regional exhibition for MA/RI. At present showing at the New England Quilt Museum in Lowell, MA

  1. I just saw this magnificent quilt at Highfield Hall & Gardens in Falmouth, MA. It spoke so loudly to me, I was mesmerized. I couldn’t leave it. It will have a new home with me where it will be a big part of my healing journey. Thank you Ms Stoller for this manifest piece of art. BRAVA!

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m always pleased when a piece resonates. Translating emotions into textiles is an ongoing process, one that can bring freedom and peace. So glad it spoke to you.
